My first session resulted in a major decrease in the level of chronic pain I was experiencing and the first decrease in many years. Ryan is by far the most practicable and realistic physio who provides a high level of customer service and ongoing support. I have a regular physio (Derek) who knowledge has helped me understand fix tight and painful muscles, treatment to fix the pain as well as giving me home exercises to help prevent pain from occurring.
